What’s Included:

Telehealth Consultations: Patients complete an online health questionnaire, which a licensed medical provider reviews.

• Prescription Medications: If approved, patients can receive compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide shipped directly to their home. Note that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and Brello states that the active pharmaceutical ingredients are the same as brand-name medications.

• Ongoing Support: Brello offers support from both medical care and customer service throughout the process.

• Project U: This offers educational resources in areas like nutrition, wellness, and fitness to enhance the weight loss journey.

• Shipping Times: While they aim for 5-7business days for medication preparation and an additional 2 days for transit, high order volume can cause delays, with current shipping times potentially ranging from 11-15 business days, and Customer Service response could be better.
